Today was the last day of Yoga Journal’s Fitness Challenge, and now it’s official: Yoga Journal’s Challenges do change me. I don’t know. I must get a life, to not be transformed by some online-free program, but the truth is: they are GOOD! They are very well planned and the teachers are amazing. Well, it just works.
I’m not going to a gym, I still hate it, but I am much more stronger and probably will add some stronger classes in my practice, at least two times a week. I can hold vashistasana longer, and my vinyasa (Chaturanga - Up Dog - Down Dog) are way much better. My core is also stronger, and I started a diet and started to walk for losing weight. If it’s not success, I don’t know what it is.
