This yoga kit for beginners is really a great deal. Only US$ 28 at Amazon. I almost bought it, but I would have to pay much, much more of taxes and mail. So.
If you live in the USA or Canada is a big deal.

This pose to me means compassion. The ability to “stretch” your heart and expand it, expand to the maximum your ability to love, to forgive, to embrace life as it is.
Veeeeeery challenging pose. When I get to master it I’ll be very proud of myself. Long way to go.
