Ok. Reboot - Day 2
Comecei meu dia comendo tapioca com queijo de coalho e coco fresco, voltei para meu Mat e fiz minha aula de Yoga e meus 15 min de meditação diária e voltei para o meu breakfast: 1 maça e 1 pedaço de pepino, mais 1 copo de suco de melão. Tudo sem açúcar e sem mel, porque infelizmente estamos sem mel em casa. Adoro mel! :D 1 copo de suco de melão sem açúcar: vai junto! Como tudo ficou antes...

Depois da minha tentativa frustrada ontem de só tomar sucos e comer saladas, hoje já comecei o dia com uma tapioca com queijo e coco ralado fresco.  Não é tão ruim assim, então voltei para começar minha sessão de Yoga e meditação do dia e depois vou tornar aos sucos e saladas. Vamos ver como me saio hoje.  Um dia maravilhoso para todos nós! :) Namastê.
